Our Mission

To inspire the students in GFW DI to imagine and innovate today so they become the creative and collaborative leaders of tomorrow.

Our Method

Teams of 2-7 compete in Challenges in Tech, Engineering, Science, Fine Arts, Improvisation, Service Learning, Early Learning, and the

Texas-only X-treme Challenge.

DI Helps Kids To:

  • Learn collaboration, communication, and networking skills

  • Develop abilities in creativity, critical thinking, curiosity, and innovation.

  • Manage time and resources

  • Understand how to evaluate risks and complex problems.

  • Take initiative and motivate themselves and others

  • Build resilience, and the ability to make decisions under pressure

  • Become adaptable and tackle problems outside of their comfort zone
