Who We Are

Destination Imagination is an international, student-led, team-based, problem-solving competition. Teams of up to seven members choose a Challenge to compete in. The 2020-2021 Challenges include Scientific, Fine Arts, Technical, and Service Learning which will be released on November 1, along with the Rising Stars program, which allows kindergarteners through second graders to participate non-competitively. Additionally, the Engineering and Improvisational Challenges will be released on December 1. The Challenge Previews can be found here. Teams spend the year exercising teamwork, leadership, time management, and problem-solving skills to solve the chosen Challenge and develop a performance to present to appraisers on tournament day. The Greater Fort Worth Region hosts one of many regional competitions.
